Charlie played as a drummer in a rock-n-roll band for over 40 years.

The band, Nosferatutu, 40 years on still had the original lead singer, original

keyboardist, original guitar player and of course, Charlie.  By their final gig,

however, Nosferatutu was on their 168th bass player.  At the end of the gig,

Charlie sheepishly announced to the crowd that he had eaten the 167 previous

bass players.   And then he proceeded to eat the 168th before an amazed

an disgusted crowd.
